Introducing

This is right after she was born.
We are so excited with our new addition. She arrived Tuesday morning at 7:25. I blame her birthday on my Dad. He told my mom that his guess was going to be on the 17th so on the 16th at 10 o'clock at night my water broke so that was it we were having a baby. She was 7 pounds 4 ounces and 20 inches long. The funny thing is that I was spot on about how much she was going to weigh!

Daddy holding his new girl.

She found her thumb and started sucking on it. It was pretty cute.

The kids coming to visit their new sister.

Our new family of five!

Getting ready to go home.

The sisters!

The great big brother.

Being at home!

We love having in our home. She is so sweet. We decided to name her Autori Nevaeh Petty. The kids loving having a new sister. They love holding her and announce everything that she does. Right now we are working on them not calling her it.

Yes I am....

DISCLAIMER: THIS POST IS THE RANTING AND RAVINGS OF A VERY PREGNANT VERY HORMONAL WOMEN. PLEASE TAKE IT AS THAT AND DO NOT TAKE OFFENSE. I LOVE AND APPRECIATE EVERYONE IN MY LIFE AND THEIR LOVE AND CONCERN.

The number one question I was asked yesterday.... "Your still pregnant?" What do you say to that? Yes I am and if you don't want your head chewed off don't ask... So for those of you who are wondering... Yes I am still pregnant. I am 39 weeks and the irritation level is rising. You know having my first two babies at 37 weeks I am feeling overdue, and very irritated. And the last questions I want to be asked are questions like "NO baby yet?" "When is that baby coming?" or statements like "Have that baby!" "That baby needs to come" Sometimes it just plain irritating when people are stating the obvious. I am thinking well of course no baby yet I am not holding a baby and I am as big as a barn. If I knew when the baby was coming I would tell you. Don't you think I want to have this baby... no I love being uncomfortable. Well of course the baby needs to come I don't want to be pregnant forever who does.

Amea's Big Girl Bed

This is Amea's Big Girl Bed. I love that I have such talented men in my life. My Dad was so wonderful with his mad engineering skills to take a bed that I really like and make designs for it. So cute right. My sweet husband wishes he could have made it but because of extreme distance between his resource and him he was unable to make it. My Dad made it up into a kit that Tyrone was able to put together. We painted it white aged it and added some nice poly to it. You can't tell in the picture, but unfortunately the poly was a little old and so there are yellow streeks in it that we didn't notice until we started. So we might be slightly refinishing again at a later date. Amea is so excited to have a new big girl bed. We are going to put the baby in her room but due to late arrival she is in the room by herself which she is not finding very fun. It is a little bit of struggle to get her to stay in her room because she wants to be with Ty-kell. Amea is very much like her Dad in that manor... she does NOT like to be alone. So hopefully her little sister will make her appearance soon, so Amea will have a roommate again. The quilt on the bed I made and my wonderfully talented mother quilted for me. I am so lucky to have awesome parents, and one amazing husband!

4th of July

We had so much fun yesterday. We went with my grandpa and drove his cars in the Boise parade.
My kids just love his cars and love riding in them.

After the parade we were invited to enjoy a yummy lunch at Tucanos. It was a Brazilian grill it was delicious and a very fun experience. I suggest anyone who comes to Boise to try it definately worth it! Thanks to Randon and Calvy the birthday people so that we could enjoy that wonderful place. Then went home and waited and waited for it to get dark... and then we did fireworks. I am so sad I didn't get any pictures. Amea and Ty-kell loved the sparklers. And just to let everyone know the idea on pinterest to use a cup to protect there hand is an awesome idea. The kids had so much fun and no burns on the hands. And they both did like 8 spraklers. Then the pyro of the family had fun showing us a beautiful display of fireworks. Overall we had a great day spending time with family and enjoying a day off.
