Circus Life...
Well our crazy life has started again...but this semester it is a blessing because it is not going to be as crazy as the previous semesters. Tyrone is taking 18 credits, and is super busy with seminary. He is completly loving seminary, and enjoying all the time he gets to spend in the scriptures. We are so proud of him. Ty-kell is starting to take some steps, but our little daredevil is not venturing out to full out walking oh, well one of these days he will take off. I guess that is a great way to lose some weight is chasing after a one year old.The great thing about our circus life is there are no stinky animals and no hot tent. I love our life.

"A Spoon Full of Sugar"
Okay so I am accepting my sister's challenge, and I am going to let everyone know what my "Spoon Full of Sugar" is. In life sometimes it feels like there is more medicine then there is sugar. And everyone knows if you eat sugar then it just goes straight to your bum. So here is my sugar that I hope isn't going to my bum.
1. My early morning (very early) snuggles with my husband.
2. Daddy coming home.
3. After nap snuggles with Ty-kell.
4. Kisses and hugs.
5. Ty-kell's giggle.

It is merely a flesh wound
So Monday morning Tyrone woke up and had this great day planned. He was going to go collect pop cans (we are poor so we are doing what poor people do...haha:), seminary preparation, finish up spanish, and then he would hang out with my son and I for the rest of the day. Well he got up around 6ish, and told me that he was going out to collect some cans. I am not inherant of the Petty genes, and I do not like to wake up any earlier than I have to. So I said ok have fun, and went back to sleep. Around 7:30 Tyrone comes in asking for some hydrogen proxide, and I asked him what did he need it for. And he said, " I was walking along the edge of the wash along the back of the houses and I ran into some rebar". So needless to say after we talked for a while we decided that he was not up to date on his tetanus shots, and that we would have to go into the urgent care and get a shot. So with our baby not dressed and not fed we dropped him off at grandmas and headed to the ugent care. They told us that if we just wanted the tetanus shot it was going to be 77 dollars, and like we could pay 77 dollars for a shot... so we said we would see the doctor. They cleaned him up and now he has a pretty good battle wound. We are so greatful for all of his sacrifice. Even though no money was probably made from the pop cans he did collect.

All most camping
On Friday we went all most camping... it is my mom's favorite type of camping because you don't have to sleep out in the wilderness. We had some really yummy food, my personal favorite dutch oven chicken in this really good gravy. It brought me back to the memories of going up to my uncle's cabin. We also went on a little hike and just enjoyed the great outdoors. Let us just say that Ty-kell enjoyed the yummy dirt... I know some of you pregnant woment would agree. It was a lot of fun and Ty-kell just loves the outdoors. I wish we lived somewhere a little cooler so I could take him outside more... without feeling that my poor baby is cooking.

Party
We had a birthday party for Ty-kell and 30 people came to his little get togeter. It was a lot of fun. Tyrone and I don't have a lot of money so we had to do his party at the littlest expense possible so we made a train station out of free cardboard, and if I do say so myself it turned out really cool. Tyrone made a rocking train for Ty-kell. And he got a lot of really cool gifts. I made and designed the train cake and I am a little proud of it... over all I think it was a great success... I just wish more of my family could of been there. I miss you guys.
Being One!
IM ONE!!!
Today my sweet boy turned one at 3:17... I can not believe that it has been a whole year. Looking back at all those silly pictures and how hard it has been. I can't help but tear up and wish we were all back to the begining. It really does all go way to fast. You know the country song "You're gonna miss this" well I already am. So as of today Ty-kell is crawling like a little torpedo... he does not yet walk, but some day he will. And when he does we all better watch out becuase he is going to be running. He has 6 teeth... 4 on top, and 2 on the bottom. He knows words like dad, mom, shoes, doctor, and just today he said his uncle's name Chad. He is such a happy boy, and his smiles warm my heart. He has a ton of curly turning blonde hair. His favorite things to do is pick at things, push buttons, and sharing. He is such a blessing in our life, and I am not ready for my sweet boy to grow up... but as the years go on he will so we will just enjoy these moments. Today for his birthday we took him to the zoo. He loves to look at all the animals.
